1. All orders must be paid in full before shipping. We may arrange personal pickup at most of the European shows, therefore 25% deposit is needed.

2. Geckos may be put on hold for up to 4 days without a deposit. Any longer period need a 25% non refundable deposit.

3. We guarantee all our animals are honestly represented and in perfect shape at the day of the shipment.

4. If an animal is not picked up by 12 o'clock at the day of the show, it will be put up for sale and all money are lost.

5. We prefer paypal as a payment method.
